“ Today we had breakfast at La Guaira in Santa Úrsula, and it was one of those experiences that reminds you why it's worth repeating. It's a café that, without any fuss, achieves exactly what you're looking for in the morning: quality, friendly service, and well-prepared products. We ordered a small sandwich with pork leg and cheese, which was simply perfect. The bread was perfectly crispy, the pork leg tender and flavorful, and the cheese blended seamlessly with the rest without overpowering anything. You can tell when you work with good ingredients and when things are made with care, and here it was evident from the first bite. The fresh orange juice deserves special mention. No blends or flat flavors: freshly squeezed, crisp, and with that perfect balance of sweetness and acidity that only good oranges have. An ideal accompaniment to breakfast. And the coffee… excellent. Intense aroma, clean flavor, not burnt at all, and with a pleasant touch of bitterness. It's easy to find places where the coffee is just okay, but here it's one of those that leaves you wanting more. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is friendly and fast, and you can tell the team enjoys what they do. All in all, a highly recommended café if you're in Santa Úrsula and want to start your day with a well-prepared breakfast without any unpleasant surprises. We'll definitely be back. ”
